Step 2: In the menu bar, Click Event Enquiry option.
Step 3: Event Enquiry page will appear. The booking enquiry sent from the app by the customers will be displayed here.
Step 4: Click on the event category name. Enquiry confirmation page will appear.
Step 5:
- If you are OK with the event booking enquiry then click accept.
- If it is an inappropriate booking enquiry you can spam the user by clicking spam.
- If you are NOT OK with the event booking enquiry then click delete.
In this page, You can view the customer's name and mobile number, Event date and remarks.
Step 6: When you click "Accept" , "Add event plan" button will appear. Here, you can select the plan according to your customer's needs.
Step 7: Select the plan from dropdown menu and click Save
Step 8: A new event will be created for that customer.
