In the Header, Click Events to view all the Events of your Studio.
New Event
After Creating the Event Successfully Create an Event, Event page will Appear.
Existing Event
Select the Event from the List to view that Event Page.
Under Cover Image, Click the icon to Add Cover Image.
Event cover image - Upload picture of any size as cover image for that event.
QR Code - This unique QR code can be scanned for viewing that event’s album.
Name of the event can be edited by clicking icon, Now a pop-up will appear, there you edit the event name.
Event URL - This unique URL for the event can be copied and shared with your clients for viewing the album.
- Click “Publish” to allow the customer to view the Event. Once you click the “Publish” a confirmation message containing your studio name, studio’s download link, event link, event name, phone number to login will be sent. Once you click “Publish” it will change automatically into “Unpublish”.
- When you click “Unpublish”, the Event will not be shown to the customer (This option is provided to help you out from hiding the event to the customer if there are any issues) Once you click “Unpublish” it will change automatically into “Publish”. Note: If you republish, the hidden Event will be visible again to the customer.

Venues - Details of the venue can be uploaded.
Invitation - Max of 6 pictures of the invitation can be uploaded.
Albums - All the photos of that particular event can be uploaded.
Videos - Youtube link of that particular event can be given and viewed here.
User activity - Complete details (Type of App, User/Device, Phone number, Count) of the user who viewed the event will be shown
Type of App - Viewing event through Web application or Mobile application.
User/Device - If Registered user the name of the user will be displayed or a Unregistered user the device name will be displayed.
Phone Number - If a Registered user then Registered phone number will be displayed.
Count - Number of time the user downloaded that event.
