Step 1: Go to the Event page and click on the specific event where you want to upload media files.
Step 2: Now, click on Media in the side menu.
Step 3: Click Add Media Button
Step 4: And a popup will appear . Select the required option from the dropdown list . To upload photos Select photos from the dropdown list under the type category.
Step 5: To change the event name, enter it in the Name field and then click Submit button.
Step 6: Click Upload Images Button.
Step 7: And then Scroll down and click Click here to browse Button.
Step 8: Upload the photos from your folder or drag and drop the images.
Step 9: Your media photos have been successfully uploaded.
Step 10: Click "View photos" and the page will show all the images uploaded.
Step 11: If it is a AI Photo sharing , below all the uploaded images , it will be shown as 1 face found, 2 faces found, Otherwise , it will be shown as AI under processing if the face recognition was not fully completed .
Step 12: Click Add Media Button to upload e-Album.
Step 13: Select e- Album from the dropdown list under the type category.
Step 14: Then, select the album size from the size menu bar and click Submit button.
Step 15: Click upload images button.
Step 16: And then click Click here to browse button.
Step 17: Directly use the Drag & Drop option to upload albums.
[OR] Use the Click here to browse button to upload albums.
Step 18: The album will upload successfully.
Step 19: Once the album is uploaded, click the "View album" button and the page will show all the images uploaded.
Step 20: Music - Music can be added in e-Album Edit Music - If you want to change the music, click the "Change" button. Delete Music - If you want to delete the music, click the "Remove" button.
Step 21: Click Play option to view the e-Album.
Step 22: To flip the album, place the cursor in the right corner as shown in the image.
Step 23: Alternatively, click the arrow to flip the album. To flip to the right, click the right arrow; to flip to the left, click the left arrow.
Step 24: If you click the Thumbnail Show button, the album sheets will not be displayed below.
Step 25: If you click the Play button, the e-album will flip automatically, and you won’t need to flip it manually.
Step 26: If you click the Music button, the e-album will play with background music
Step 27: e - Album will appear here.
Step 28: Click Add Media Button to upload incitation.
Step 29: Select invitation from the dropdown list under the type category and click submit .
Step 30: Click upload images button to upload e-invitation.
Step 31: Invitation uploaded successfully. Note: You can upload up to 6 images only.
Step 32: Click the ' View Invitation ' button to see the uploaded invitation.
Step 33: Invitation has been uploaded successfully.
Step 34: Click Add media button to upload event video .
Step 35: Choose Video in the dropdown menu.
Step 36: Select Youtube in the platform menu .
Step 37: Provide your YouTube video link Note: When copying a YouTube link, don’t copy the one at the top. Instead, click the Share button below the video and copy that link only.
Step 38: Once you paste the URL and then click submit.
Step 39: Your event video has been uploaded successfully.
Step 40: Directly use the Drag & Drop option to upload albums.
[OR] Use the Click here to browse button to upload albums.
Step 41: All your Media Files are uploaded successfully .
Step 42: You can set a priority for each photo, video, and e-album , invitation by clicking the "Edit Priority" button .
Step 43: And then click ‘submit’ button.
Step 44: After the images are uploaded in the media, click “Publish” to allow the customer to view media files.
Step 45: Click "Enable Edit" to carry out any changes in the media .
Step 46: Once you click “Enable Edit” it will change automatically into “Republish”. Note: If you click "republish", the media files will be visible to the customer again.
