Photos

Upload event photos with AI face-matching enabled.

Go to Events and click the event you want to upload to.

Click Media in the side menu.

Click Add Media.

Select the Photos card ("AI Photo Sharing").

In the Create Photos popup, check the Name field, then click Create.

On the upload screen, drag & drop your images or folder in, or click Browse files.

Choose your photos from the file picker. (JPG or WEBP only, max 3840×2160px. The same image can't be uploaded twice in the same album.)

Your photos upload and appear as thumbnails.

Each photo shows a face-match badge below it — "2 Faces Found", etc. — or "AI under processing" if matching isn't done yet.

On the album page, set Visibility (Visible to Everyone / Private / Disabled), check the Validity date, or use Copy to Photo Selection / Delete Album as needed.

Video

Add YouTube, Odysee, or other video links to your event.

Go to Events and click the event you want to upload to.

Click Media in the side menu.

Click Add Media.

Select the Video card.

In the Create Video popup, choose a Video Platform — YouTube, Odysee, or Others.

Paste the Video URL. (Any valid link works — full link or shortened youtu.be link.)

Click Create.

Your video card appears on the Media page.

Click the video card to open it — you'll see the Name, Visibility, Link and the playable video.
