Create a Photo Selection
Go to the Event page and click on the specific event.
Select Photo Selection, then click Create.
Enter the folder name, then click Upload Image to proceed. A prompt appears asking how you'd like to upload — Browse or Google Drive.
Upload Photos via Google Drive
Import images directly from a shared Google Drive folder.
Before you start
- Open Google Drive and go to your folder.
- Right-click the folder → click Share.
- Under General access, change Restricted to Anyone with the link.
- Make sure the role is set to Viewer.
- Click Copy link and paste it below.
If the folder is Restricted, images cannot be imported. Set it to "Anyone with the link" first.
Click the Google Drive option.
Select the folder link and grant access permission for others.
Copy the link, fetch the images, and click to confirm. Once the upload is complete, the View Photos and Upload More options appear again.
Upload Photos via Browse
Click the Browse option, then Browse File.
Choose the file path and upload the folder. Once the upload is done, the View Photos and Upload More options appear again.
Copy to Photo Selection
Go to Media.
Click on the folder you want.
Click Copy to Photo Selection. Do this for each folder separately — once you start, the copy happens automatically for that folder.
Edit or Delete a Photo Selection
Click Edit to change the folder name.
Click Delete to remove the folder.
To set a photo count limit, go to the Home Page, select Count Condition and Set, then click Create Condition.
Enter the maximum and minimum photo count and click Submit.
Edit or Delete a Count Condition
To edit: click Edit, change the condition, and click Save.
To delete: click Edit, then click Delete to remove the condition.
After Publish Changes
Enable the Edit option and make the required changes.
Click Publish.
The folder updates to show the new/latest content, and the old folder is removed.
