If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, please send your refund request to info@photomall within 30 days of the purchase date. Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.
Please note that Funds used towards creating an event may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
